This 1930’s home in Clontarf oozes period deco style. Undergoing a complete renovation required a light touch, as any additions had to respect the original details while also making this home work for the new owners. The brief was clear – create a beautiful forever home, retain the character of the house while introducing contemporary ideas adapted for modern day living.
Our clients in this home were very clear about what they wanted. A black, handleless kitchen, striking and beautifully detailed. Our German partners Schüller manufactured the kitchen, allowing bespoke details like the double door larder and doors running to the floor on the rear of the island.
Lacquered Laminate doors, super matt and very durable. Bespoke door sizes run to the ceiling.
Neff Venting Hob with built in extraction, perfectly detailed to almost disappear when not in use.
Stunning quartz worktops and wall cladding. Hob area is entirely clad in quartz, with recessed lighting for atmosphere and practicality
Double door larder for food storage and the essential coffee machine.
Quooker Tap in matt black offers boiling water and with the CUBE system also provides filtered chilled & sparkling water.
Bespoke cabinet doors run to the floor at the seating side of the island.
